Love this Hotel!

I love this hotel. I have stayed here for the past 9 years when I come to town for Fan Fair in June. There are so many other hotels to choose from but we always go back to the Comfort Suites. Maybe there are newer hotels, maybe there are fancier hotels. But I dare anyone to find a more friendly, courteous staff as the ones at the Comfort Suites on Elm Hill Pike. Last time I stayed here the refrigerator in my room wasn't cooling very well. Within 5 (FIVE) minutes someone was up in the room with a new one. Now THAT'S service. I've stayed in some 5 star hotels before that never even acknowledeged a problem in the room. Another plus with the Comfort Suites is the pool area is always clean and cheery. The rooms are over-sized with a seating area with a couch, coffee table, microwave, fridge, coffee pot and ceiling fan. The bathrooms have a separate vanity area from the toilet/tub/shower. The complimentary continental breakfast in the sunny atrium is great--the staff who stock it are friendly and courteous. There is also an AWESOME restaurant on site (Casa Fiesta), which has the best authentic Mexican food in town. If you're looking for the Hilton and want to spend $300+ a night then go for it. If you're looking for a small, convenient hotel with friendly service and great prices then the Comfort Suites on Elm Hill Pike is your place.

Great Place to Stay

My family and I just returned from a weekend stay in Nashville. This motel was wonderful. Looked like an older motel but had been newly updated. We were return customers to this motel from 2001. The motel was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The Mexican restaurant at the motel was very good. And I am a very particular person.

Very Pleased

My wife and I booked this hotel through the "Choice Hotels" website, we were so pleased with the area and hotel that we booked two additional nights following an overnight trip to Memphis. The hotel has under gone renovations. We found our room to be "relatively modern" and very functional. No issues with cleanliness or noise. The breakfast buffet was very good, with waffles and the like. The front desk clerk was a very helpful and hard working employee. We found the on-site Mexican Restaurant to be very reasonably priced with very good fare. This hotel was just minutes away from the airport and the Grand Ole Opry. Grayline Tours picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel for a day of tours. Keep one thing in mind, "This is a Comfort Inn, not the Waldorf or Hilton.
